Must be at least 25 years of age at the time of enrollment

Must have at least one (1) years of licensed driving experience in the United States

Must provide proof of residency for at least one (1) year if not a citizen of the United States

No more than 9 points against your license in the last 36 months

Must have a class D or better Florida Drivers License and pass a background check by the local Police Department.
